CSSHive Feature

Unlike CSS Design Yorkshire, CSSHive does not focus on web standards and compliance as far as code validation, but features many well-designed and well-built websites. Keep up the good work!

Semantic Search
Yahoo has announced it is to adopt key standards of the "semantic web", (as featured in BBC News). This is great news for all web users because a good semantic search should bring more relevance to web page results since the semantic mark-up tells the search engine a lot about the nature and content of a particular web page. Surely this is the future for all search engines, to rely less on links and more on specific content relevance leading to a much richer search experience. 939 Design are into their third year of delivering standards based and valid css websites with semantic mark-up. Everyone catches on to good web practices eventually, even Yahoo!
